About the position

As a UX Designer at DAY21, you will have a central role in our projects for a wide range of companies – from scale-ups to large, established organizations. You will work closely with both clients and colleagues to transform complex knowledge into aesthetic and functional solutions that make a real difference. You will be given responsibility and ample opportunity to shape your own workday as well as your professional and personal development.


Your areas of responsibility will include:
  • Driving design processes from initial research and analysis to finished concepts and solutions.

  • Translating user needs and business requirements into intuitive and engaging customer experiences.

  • Facilitating workshops and presentations that create a common understanding and direction.

  • Contributing to the continuous development of our methods and processes.


Who you are
  • We imagine you are curious by nature and find joy in solving complex challenges. To succeed in this role, we would like you to see yourself in the following:

  • You hold a Master's degree in Interaction Design, Service Design, Design Psychology, or a similar relevant field, for example, from ITU or AAU.

  • You have 2-6 years of experience in UX design, preferably from an agency context.

  • You have a strong business acumen and a deep passion for understanding and analyzing user behavior.

  • You are structured, goal-oriented, and thrive in a dynamic environment where you can juggle multiple tasks when the pace is high.

  • You are a strong communicator, an empathetic team player, and a good colleague who contributes positively to our community.

  • You speak and write fluent Danish and English.
